Bluenove extended its tech offering in the field of collective intelligence by acquiring Succeed Together, and therefore can facilitate the analysis of exchanges during live events such as conferences, workshops, management seminars, etc, of various sizes ranging from a dozen persons to thousands of participants.
The acquisition covers a range of assets, including semantic analys algorithms, branding and personnel. The Succeed brand and technical offerings will aid bluenove in accelerating its development of tools for various collective intelligence markets and strengthen its position as a leader in massive collective intelligence, in particular through its Assembl platform, which enables the mobilization
of thousands of contributors.
For Martin Duval, co-founder and co-President of bluenove, “the acquisition of Succeed Together illustrates our ambition to consolidate both a methodology and a software offering. Thus, we are growing to cover an ever-increasing variety of use cases and user experiences, online or offline, be it is an employee, customer or citizen participant, and to excel in the quality of semantic analysis of contributions in record time.”
Frank Escoubès, co-founder and co-President of bluenove, adds:
“We are looking to offer a complete solution in collective intelligence ranging from semi-massive (a few tens or hundreds of contributors) to ultra-massive (several hundred thousand contributors). In this context, the merger with Succeed Together makes it possible to complete this suite by offering a tool and know-how that have proven their worth on the semi-massive. We are delighted to welcome an entrepreneurial team that has been among the pioneers in semantic clustering for businesses and communities.“
The two companies have already collaborated together, notably with EDF, Bluenove’s historical customer, as well as to propose new formats for citizen engagement with the French Biodiversity Agency.
Emmie Van den Bulke, Managing Director of Succeed Together, now a manager at bluenove, says: “It is with enthusiasm and pride that the entire Succeed Together team joins the bluenove adventure, to increase the operational assets of the leader in collective intelligence. The technological contribution in the ultra-fast semantic processing of verbatim data, the pedagogy of questioning, the ability to build collective moments, are as many additional tools to the expression of collective intelligence“.
Founded in 2008, bluenove is a technology and consulting company, leader in massive collective intelligence for public and private organizations, and actively involved in Civic Tech.
bluenove supports organizations in the co-creation of their strategic and transformation plans along with the deployment of large-scale collaborative approaches, thanks to its pioneering technology, Assembl.
The Assembl platform, the first open source online debate software, was co-developed with MIT as part of an R&D project funded by the European Commission (FP7 2013-2015 programme). Assembl has been accredited by the French State as an “official platform for consulting administrations” and is included in the UGAP catalogue. bluenove has recently distinguished itself in particular for having analyzed the contributions of the Grand Débat National, commissioned in February 2019 by the French State.
